NINET8 is a luxury gym located in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, founded by five friends in 1998 with a shared passion for sports and lifestyle. The gym offers a wide range of facilities, including free exercise, personal training, nutritional advice and full coaching.
NINET8 wanted to launch a merchandise line for the opening of their new gym section. Their original request was simple: they had two designs, a logo in text form and a logo as a visual. They wanted the logo in text form in black on a white shirt and the logo as a pictorial in white on a black shirt, both in an edition of 60 pieces.
To enrich NINET8's range and increase its appeal, we from RIFT wear proposed to bring more variety to the shirts. We offered four variants:
30 pieces of each design were produced, doubling the range and giving customers more choice. To do the designs justice, we used different printing techniques. The logo in text form was printed with DTF for a more eye-catching effect, while the logo as an image mark was printed with DTG because of a special fade effect we had applied.
NINET8 wanted to combine a luxurious look with functional sportswear, which is why we chose a 240GSM oversized T-shirt made of 100% cotton. These shirts not only exude quality, but are also comfortable enough to work out in. This approach allowed NINET8 to offer their customers an extensive and attractive range during the opening of their new gym area.
